Mission & Vision

MISSION:

The Caucasus Studies Research and Application Center has taken on an important mission of serving as a bridge between the Caucasus and Anatolia in Iğdır, where Iğdır University operates. Our mission for the university community and the region is to promote a deeper understanding of our neighboring countries with which we share deep historical and cultural ties, and to assist in elevating the existing social, economic, and cultural relations to a higher level.

VISION:

The center aims to be a pioneering educational, research, and think tank institution that provides investigative and analytical training at an international level in the social sciences, particularly contributing to the formation of a collective understanding in the Caucasus and Anatolian hinterlands.
